Island Family was founded by me, Evelyn, to provide families in the Cayman Islands with personalised, professional support that makes daily life calmer, easier, and more connected. I created this service to combine my Norland training, hands-on experience, and understanding of island life to help families thrive with practical, compassionate guidance.
Hi, I’m Eve, the founder of Island Family. I am a Norland Nanny with over 12 years of professional experience, including 10 years living and working in the Cayman Islands. I have worked with a wide variety of families, supporting everything from day-to-day childcare to travel preparation, boarding school transitions, errands, and meal planning. I continue to update my knowledge and skills to provide families with the most current, practical guidance. My approach is highly personal. I take the time to listen, understand your priorities, and offer strategies that reflect your family’s values, helping parents feel confident and children to thrive.
